Welcome to Phototropic Films Ltd, trading as Ben Vallack. These Terms and Conditions apply to the purchase of any goods or services through our website. By accessing or using our site, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website.

We sell roof tents and associated accessories. All product descriptions, images, specifications, and prices are subject to change at any time without notice.
2.2 Availability
All products are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.
3. Orders
3.1 Placing an Order
By placing an order with us, you agree that:
- You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
- All details you provide to us are accurate and complete.
- You have the authority to use the payment method you provide.
3.2 Acceptance of Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance by us. Payment will be taken at checkout. If we are unable to confirm or accept your order for any reason, we will notify you as soon as possible and issue a full refund to the original payment method. The contract between us will only be formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation email.
4. Pricing and Payment
4.1 Prices
All prices are listed in GBP (£). No VAT is applicable, as we are not VAT-registered. Prices include delivery to mainland UK only. We do not ship anywhere else currently.
4.2 Payment
We accept payment via credit/debit cards and other payment methods specified on our website. Payment is taken at checkout. If your order is not confirmed or accepted, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
5. Delivery
5.1 Delivery Times
We aim to dispatch all products within 2-5 working days of receiving your order. Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
5.2 Delivery Charges
Delivery charges for mainland UK are included in the price displayed on the website.
5.3 International Delivery
We deliver to the UK mainland only. For delivery outside of this area, please contact us directly.
6. Returns and Refunds
6.1 Your Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., by email or by using the cancellation form available on our website).
6.2 Return of Goods
You are responsible for returning the goods to us in their original condition. You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless the goods are faulty or not as described.

Once we have received the returned goods, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be made to the original payment method. We may reduce your refund if the value of the goods has been diminished due to your handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

All roof tents sold by us come with a manufacturer’s warranty of 2 years. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship but does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss or damage incurred by you in connection with our products or services.
